Melissa Figueroa joined The Maglione Firm in November 2025, bringing nearly two decades of specialized legal experience to the team. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 18 years as the lead paralegal at Stangler Law Firm, where she played a critical role in the discovery process and case development.

In her current role, Melissa oversees the Livingston office’s operations and manages the lifecycle of litigation documents, including court filings, motions, and exhibits. A graduate of the Horizon Institute in Linden, NJ, where she earned her Paralegal Certificate, Melissa is also fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively assist a diverse range of clients.
