BONNIE B. HENDERSON

Bonnie brings a sophisticated blend of academic rigor and diverse courtroom experience to the firm’s litigation team. Her background spans complex civil litigation and advocacy, offering her a unique perspective on both sides of the aisle. Previously, Bonnie served as a Staff Attorney at the Community Health Law Project, where she dedicated her practice to advocating for individuals with disabilities. Her professional history also includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP focusing on medical malpractice defense, a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Judge McClain, and a role in risk management at Rutgers University.

 

A distinguished scholar, Bonnie earned her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Kline School of Law, where she served as President of OUTlaw and was recognized as the sole Paul D. Coverdell Scholar in her class. In addition to her law degree, she holds a master’s degree with published research on domestic violence survivors and an undergraduate degree in pre-law and philosophy from Alaska Pacific University. Outside of the courtroom, she continues to engage with foundational legal principles as a part-time philosophy professor at Rowan University. Bonnie is committed to delivering compassionate, effective advocacy rooted in a deep understanding of the law.
