Ashley A. Smith joined the firm as an associate attorney in May 2023, focusing her practice on personal injury litigation and medical malpractice.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degrees in English and Psychology from Amherst College before completing her Juris Doctor at New York University School of Law. During law school, she served as an Executive Editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and gained hands-on litigation experience through NYU’s year-long Civil Rights Clinic, where she contributed to a federal lawsuit on behalf of individuals challenging unlawful arrests and detention.
