RITA M. GRIBKO
After graduating from Rutgers University School of Law in 1994, Ms. Gribko served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Charles J. Harrington, Jr., J.S.C. in the Family Division and the Honorable Frances L. Antonin, J.S.C. in the Criminal Division in Hudson County. Thereafter, while serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, she gained extensive experience in Criminal Litigation, including representing the State on behalf of domestic violence victims whose restraining orders were violated as well as trial team work for drug offenses and property crimes. Her background also includes extensive work in the area of Municipal Law wherein she served as legal advisor to public entities, a position which provided the opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of legal matters. While practicing Municipal Law, Ms. Gribko handled firearms identification card appeals to the Law Division and to the Appellate Division.
Ms. Gribko has also developed extensive experience in representing survivors of clergy sexual abuse as well as insurance defense work, divorce and child custody matters. She is committed to providing personalized, caring service to our clients while maintaining a standard of professional excellence, integrity and ethics.
