Elizabeth Boylan is a deterrence lawyer with experience litigating cases involving a range of personal injury actions including premises liability, employment discrimination, and civil rights violations. Ms. Boylan litigates cases with an eye towards uncovering the system failures that resulted in harm to her client, to protect the community going forward. Ms. Boylan believes holding individuals, corporations, and government officials accountable for wrongdoing keeps us all safe.
Ms. Boylan received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, and her law degree from the City University of New York. During law school, she served as president of the student government and as a staff member of the New York City Law Review.
